Ever feel like you are in a rush and just don’t have time or are just too lazy to spend an hour making a healthy meal? This salad honestly took me about 10 minutes to make and was so amazingly crunchy and delicious. I served this for dinner last night with my Ginger Glazed Salmon, which is my absolute go to salmon recipe.
I had a salad in one of the hostels I stayed at in Guatemala which was owned by Israeli guys, and they had a chopped salad on their menu that tasted so fresh and I absolutely loved it. I had completely forgotten about it until a few weeks ago and I decide to search for ‘Israeli Salad’ on Pinterest.
Let’s be clear, I am in no way pretending that this is going to taste like spaghetti or any type of pasta for that matter, and I wasn’t intending on creating a substitute when making this recipe.
