Nothing like a slow-cooker meal on a cold winter day, am I right? Even better, a slow-cooker chipotle chili waiting for you when you get home back from a day of skiing. Continue reading “Paleo Chipotle Chili”

Paleo Smoked Salmon Quiche
I know I have mentioned this in prior posts but for anyone who doesn’t know this fun fact about me: I grew up in Quebec. Quebec, the land of baguettes, quiches, and bottles of wine Continue reading “Paleo Smoked Salmon Quiche”
Pico de Gallo Stuffed Avocados
“You can’t make everyone happy, you’re not an avocado.” is a quote I saw scrolling through my Instagram feed today. And I couldn’t agree more. Not only with the fact that mostly every single human being I’ve met likes avocado, because, well. Continue reading “Pico de Gallo Stuffed Avocados”

All of them being acidic fruits, they blend really well with the other ingredients such as cilantro, lime and jalapeños. Only problem is they are also tropical fruits which doesn’t make them a very eco-friendly option. Don’t get me wrong I don’t always use local products and I am as guilty as anyone of buying imported produce. Continue reading “Peach Salsa”
Ahi Tuna Nicoise Salad
I really wish I had an exciting story to tell about this salad but the truth is, this is a pretty classic Tuna Nicoise. I did make a few changes but the essence of the traditional French salad remained 😉 I used asparagus instead Continue reading “Ahi Tuna Nicoise Salad”
