Well guys, it doesn’t get much better than this dish for only 15 minutes spent in the kitchen and barely any clean up to do.
What do I want for dinner tonight? Steak! Mmm no I want salad. But I want steak too. How about a steak salad?
A friend of mine who was also my roommate for a while Continue reading “Steak Salad with Lime & Ginger Vinaigrette”
When I make a salsa, it often involves fruit. My go-to’s are usually mango, pineapple and papaya. All of them being acidic fruits, they blend really well with the other ingredients such as cilantro, lime and jalapeños. Not that you can’t eat them in the winter but I think you know what I mean. Continue reading “Vietnamese Chopped Salad”

I made this so I would have a breakfast for the next few days and save myself a bit of precious time in the morning. It is super easy to make and Continue reading “Crustless Kale & Prosciutto Quiche”
Pesto is my #1 favourite condiment of all times. I know I get very enthusiastic about most things I make or eat, so you might not really pay attention to how excited I am when I talk about pesto. That’s understandable.
