Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add ingredients, starting with liquids, then sticky ingredients, then solids, adding the melted coconut oil only at the end, in little streams.
  2. You should obtain a very smooth texture.
  3. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
Recipe Notes

Because coconut oil becomes solid in cool temperatures, you will need to soak the container in which you keep the dressing in warm water for about 10 minutes before using to allow it to become liquid again.
