  1. Preheat oven to 400f degrees.
  2. Mix melted coconut oil along with spices into a large bowl. Add carrot and cauliflower pieces and toss to coat.
  3. Bake for about 35-40 minutes depending on your oven. Serve with Butter Chicken!
