For a super simple and easy side dish! Pairs really well with a filet of salmon or grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 large bunch asparagus
- 1 tbsp organic grass fed butter,
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh tarragon chopped finely
- sea salt to taste

Instructions
- Start by washing asparagus and snapping the ends.
- In a large skillet, preferably a cast iron pan, melt your butter.
- Add your asparagus and sprinkle with sea salt and lemon zest. Saute on medium heat for about 10 minutes depending on the size of your asparagus.
- Add fresh tarragon at the last minute and serve.
