Lemon Tahini Dressing (aka my favorite dressing ever)

I simply cannot believe that I haven’t posted this recipe until today.  If you follow me on Instagram, you know that this dressing gets mentioned at the very least once every 5 posts.  It is tangy, creamy, nutty, addictive, and clean (bonus!).  I hardly ever take the time to write down quantities whenever I’m in the kitchen, but the recipe below should be pretty darn close.

•1/4 CUP tahini

•1/4 CUP coconut aminos (crap-free soy sauce)

•1/4 CUP nutritional yeast

•2-3 TBSP shiracha or sambal oelek

•juice of 2 limes or lemons

•1 garlic clove

•fresh ginger, to taste (optional)


•1/4 CUP water

•1.5 CUP evoo (extra virgin olive oil)

Place all ingredients in a processor except for oil, mix till smooth. Slowly drizzle in the oil while the processor is running, taste and adjust salt, citrus or whatever else your taste buds desire. Enjoy on all your salads, this dressing can turn anything into something delicious 👌
