Oh fish tacos, how I love you guys. I don’t have a massive story to tell about these, actually I may not have a story at all. I made the mayo, made the slaw, ate half of the slaw before dinner, made pico de gallo, munched on that too, and by the time we sat down for dinner, I was full. This happens a lot. Especially when I spend a while prepping. But I ate my tacos anyways, oh yes!
In the winter, I tend to eat a lot more meat and cooked veggies than I do in the summertime, which seems logical and is just what I crave on a cold day as opposed to a cold salad. Every once in a while though I feel like my body needs a break from all the meat (yes it happens), and I like to load up on raw veggies to detox and give my body a break.
